Swine Flu Is Another Bad Side Effect Of Globalization

So called globalization has brought us a global economic disaster, an increase in terrorism, an increase in unchecked carbon emissions from China and India, global hunger, global unemployment, slave labor in India and China, global deforestation, and now our first of what will be many global pandemic outbreaks. The world’s governments are racing to avoid a further outbreak of pandemic and global hysteria but we all know its much too late for that. The truth is that as we deforest more of the world we are heating it up more and we are also making the chance for super illness greater.  Severely found cases of swine flu are emerging from the top of the world to the bottom, from Canada in the West to New Zealand in the East. Mexico and the United States have already declared public health emergencies and many other governments are now ramping up to do the same. This time it is a severe flu the next time it may be the H5N1 Bird Flu. The world cannot keep expanding and not think it will all be good and well. It’s time we slow our expansion of developing nations and let the world catch up. We also need to stop industrializing areas which are still third world countries, this is how super serious pandemic illnesses breakout. Supposedly Mexico is where the outbreaks started and are centered; there have been reportedly over 90 suspected deaths and countless others severely ill. In response Mexico has shut down business areas, schools, and even church services but this is doing little to stop the sickness. The  Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are actively engaged but they are still in the learning phase of this rapidly expanding dilemma. Even President Barack Obama and his administration have addressed the issue but their words do little to stop the sickness from spreading.  I think it’s time we hold places like Mexico, India, and China responsible for behaving like industrialized countries. We need them to get their carbon emissions under control, their standard of living raised, and their health organizations in order. If these countries are not held accountable then worse will soon be happening.
