Georgia and Russia may just be the tip of the iceberg. The occurrence in Russia shows just how vulnerable American businesses are when they venture out into the globe to try and find a cheaper source of labor in the global economy. What if Russia tamed up with China, imagine the loss there. And who would do the manufacturing in a time of need for America? I don’t think China would allow exports from their country to America at a tiime of war. And what if China attacks Taiwan, then how will America act, or react? Russia is much like Venezuela in that it has no problem consolidating power and confiscating public and private business for Government desires. Imagine if Russia persists and then India and China decide the same. Globalization and the global economy has done nothing but create havoc and war, it has turned the haves into the want mores. In addition, Russia is in a position to cut off oil, goods, and many other items which flow through their region and to the West. Now imagine that China decides to take over Taiwan and eliminate Tibet, and India decides to eliminate the Tamils and the disputed area of Pakistan. Imagine how vulnerable businesses in these areas will be. Yeah, globalization is the poison pill which is destroying humanity and creating wars, the like of which we have not seen. In addition, globalization is destroying undeveloped land and cultures and is the real reason behind global warming. Georgia may just be the beginning to the start of a whole new world order.
