Feed a man he eats for a day, teach a man to fish he eats forever. However simplistic this message is we still cannot grasp it, or corporate America will not let us grasp it. We are in extreme energy and economic crisis mode because we rely on imported items and imported oil and now that we are discussing running cars on battery technology we are again turning towards an imported source, Asian batteries. Just like the speculators jumped on the oil pyramid scam don’t you think they will do the same on these batteries and the resources used to build them? If we do not build them here in the United States of America we will again be relying on foreign sources of energy and isn’t this what we are trying to stop? How about we quit spending so much in Iraq and Afghanistan and every other American hating country and we spend a little on ourselves to save what county we have left. Rather than tax breaks for companies who off-shore and outsource why don’t we give a tax break to companies who build and develop fuel cells right here in the domestic United States of America? I say we vote for the candidate who will create domestic jobs, develop domestic fuel sources, and resolve domestic problems. I am sick and tired of hearing our Presidential debates and discussions center on talks about countries in Asia or the Middle East, its time we refocus on America even if that’s not what big business wants us to do. Fuel cell technology is just the tip of the resolutions, we need domestic jobs and energy and those who will deliver it will have my vote and they should have yours as well. John McCain wants to increase America’s capacity to produce more energy from its own resources; he has also called for lifting the ban on offshore oil drilling and exploration. In addition, he stated that he wants American automakers to extend the great tradition of US ingenuity by developing zero-emission engines. McCain has advised that he wants to offer a 300 million dollar federal prize along with tax credits to the automakers who provide improved alternative energy sources in America for America.
