I think we are all tired of hearing about gains in Iraq, strides in Afghanistan, growing economy in he middle East, we want part of this positive pie and it begins right here at home. If we can finance improvement half way aroudn the world we can finance it right here at home. We have had some wonderful implementations made in corporate America by CEO’s trying to do the right thing. We have energy conservation, environmental concern, and numerous corporate initiatives designed at improving the work and work environment but now it’s time to expand these initiatives into the global market. If we can have these changes in America we should have these changes in China, India, and everywhere else as well. Corporate CEO’s have the ability to influence politics and geo-political actions and its time we make our companies do more.

It is great that some companies are taking the lead in America but we need them to pressure entities outside America as well. We must also remind our politicians that they do not have to run the day to day businesses of America but they do need to be caretakers of the American economy as well as the global economic playing field and we also need these politicians to do more, much more. American citizens cannot do it by themselves, we need corporate help and political help, and if we all three work together then we can once again make America the field of dreams it has always been. America is the place people go to chase their dreams it cannot and must not be the place where dreams go to die. It’s time we all step up and do what it takes to rebuild America, level the global playing field, and make America number one in the worlds eyes once again.

We also need a push for a better domestic energy policy, a rebuilt infrastructure, improved and cheaper health care, more job creation, a stabilized financing market, and a stepped up domestic security force. Don’t let yourself off the hook and do not let the next elected President off the hook, we can all do more to make America a better place.
