Since the cold war ended Russia has been trying to build relationships with the United States. However, the ailing patient is back on its feet and while America is so preoccupied with the Middle East it is missing the warning signs on mother Russia and China. China is a self made problem because America is developing a drug dealer-junkie relationship. China supplies Americans with everything they want right now and all we have to do is give them our jobs, it is a slow death much like Heroin or Crack and the end result is just as deadly. We trip over ourselves to do business with a country who sells the world poisonous food while also utilizing unsanitary food containers. However, just as concerned as we should be about China we should be concerned about Russia. The Kremlin has regained control of over a third of the Russian oil industry in the past few years and this industry is basically the world’s second largest source of oil. In addition Vladimir Putin has recently dissolved his government, developed the Dad of All Bombs, restarted bomber flights throughout Russia, forcibly privatized public energy companies, and laid claim to the Arctic Shelf oil and you have to say to your self, ‘What is the bigger threat, a racist radical in the middle of a desert with a rifle and a camel or a Russian country growing by leaps and bounds and not afraid to flex its military might?’ If I said it once I will say it a million times, America must stay on top economically if it want s to maintain its status as a super power or else it will face the whims and ideals of foreign countries very indifferent to the freedoms Americans are used to enjoying.
Are you concerned? Does America focus too much on the Middle East and not enough domestically?
