Bin Laden Been Talkin But Does Anyone Care?

While the U.S. government analyzes a videotape that appears to show Osama bin Laden, Bin Laden and his cronies scurry along on their bellies laughing it up. These idiots spend hundreds of dollars a day on their terrorism while the American Government spends billions. Bin Laden said he would bleed America dry in the deserts and basically he has lived up to his word. The United States is hurting economically and many domestic American programs are being cut because their funding has been pinched to fight the war on terror, or the war in Iraq, or the war for Afghanistan, or whatever we are calling it. Bin Laden is a horrible human and he deserves to face judgment. However, he will not be found in the streets of Iraq or the towns of Afghanistan so why are we still in these locations? The whole world knows Bin Laden is in Pakistan and yet no one is looking for him there, maybe this makes too much sense. While Government officials try to determine the authenticity of a purported new Osama Bin Laden video Bin Laden and his dysfunctional rejects plot on. Who cares if Bin Laden is painting his beard like Pepe Le Peu, what I want to know is why billions of tax dollars are still being wasted in Iraq while Bin Laden soldiers on In Pakistan. America has fought the so called war on terror for the last six years now and all we have to show for it is a growing federal deficit and a foreclosure rate that exceeds our new job creation rate. A report released Friday by the Labor Department showed that United States payrolls shrank by 4,000 in August. It was the first decline in jobs since August 2003 because at that time the job market was still struggling to recover from the 2001 recession. It appears to me that by focusing on Bin Laden and Hussein so much we have exacted destruction on our own country far worse than either of the two aforementioned idiots ever could have. Bin Laden and Hussein could never have cost America the money we have spent tooling around and looking for these two jokers. We got Hussein but not Bin laden and even with 50% of the idiot troop off the face of the planet we still have not gained much in security.

Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff would not confirm that a newly surfaced Bin Laden tape has been received; he is only stating that the United States follows a standard procedure to analyze any tapes it receives. He advised “We review it for authenticity; we review it to see when we think it was made, if it’s a single tape or a compilation of outtakes. We look to see if there are overt messages or hidden messages.”

It is time America quits living under the fear of terrorism and looks to a brighter existence. It’s also time we as a country focus back on gaining our economic prowess rather than a constant discussion of tax hikes and employee layoffs. America needs to be vigilant in protecting its citizens from terrorism but we need to do this domestically and not try to be the world’s police force. We also must learn from countries like Russia that if we become weak economically we become weak militarily and this will weaken us as a country and make us very vulnerable to terrorism, much more than we are now. And by the way, many say that other than protecting the assets of outsourcing big businesses around the world why do we really have to worry about terrorism in the Middle East and Near and Far East? Many say we are fighting the war on terror so that we can further exploit cheap labor and foreign markets, could this really be true? Are we really fighting a war for outsourcing rather than an authentic war on terror? Are the lobbyists in Washington the real driving force behind the war on terror? Is the war on terror really just plowing the field for big business to grow? At first those were absurd questions but now they do have some legitimacy.

Ask your self, as the anniversary of 9/11 approaches, how safe do you feel? How safe do you feel your job is? How safe do you feel your future is? How secure are you in the idea that your child will grow up to have a good job in America that will nto be outsourced or relocated every five years? Ask your self, what is really going on here and who is really behind the war on terror motives? Is big business really just using the U.S. Government and its military wing as a way to plow new fields of business? Has lobbying sunk to a new level?
