Will Globalization Make Humanity Into Dinosaurs, Stupid And Extinct?

The more we globalize our economy and industrialize the world the faster we are heading toward the destruction of humanity. The earth is not infinitely large and this means that we cannot infinitely continue to keep growing our industrialization of the world. The planet earth can only absorb so much man made generated waste and then it reaches a tipping point where it can do nothing but give up. You may not like Al Gore and his unspeakable truth but in most instances he is right and the Antarctica revelation recently discussed in Washington is proof that the pollution by countries such as China and India and Mexico are leading to the quick demise of humanity. The Kyoto protocol is not binding for China and India so even if they sign it the protocol holds no power over them. It’s time we either slow down the industrialization of the world or we come up with a new plan. The rest of the world cannot play it safe and let India, China, and Mexico destroy mother Earth.

A recent report presented in Washington shows that the Southern Ocean around Antarctica is so loaded with carbon dioxide that it can barely absorb any more. This will result in more dangerous and harmful gas staying in the Earths’ atmosphere. This will result in further global warming of the Earth.

The new report, along with countless others, point to humanity and human activity as the main reason for this problem. Leading scientists have said the news about Antarctica is startling and that observable fact wasn’t expected to be evident for tens of years.

We must all remember that the Southern Ocean is one of the world’s biggest reservoirs of carbon, known as a carbon sink. The Southern Ocean accounts for 15 percent of the global carbon sink. When carbon is in a sink it stays in the sink and does not become a part of the atmosphere. The sink keeps global warming down and helps the earth recover. However, the sink known as the Southern Ocean is full and the study shows that the ocean has been soaked with carbon dioxide since the mid 1980s.

Either we need much more help from China, India, and Mexico to clean up the environment or we will all be damning humanity to a carbon monoxide poisoning that none will escape from. Rich, poor, Yellow, red, man, woman, tall, short will all day the same slow horrible way. Once we reach the tipping point it will all occur and we will become just like the dinosaurs, stupid and extinct.
