Iraqi Politicians Want Luxury Vacations While American Soldiers Fight On

How is this for a kick in the pants? The Iraqi government wants to take a hiatus for a summer vacation; I guess they have learned some things from our way of governing. However, is it fair that our American troops stay and fight for the fledgling government while these newly elected politicians take a four week vacation? This is hypocrisy at its finest and is detestable to most Americans. Now throw in the fact that the majority of OPEC nations screwing us on oil prices are Middle Eastern governments we try to help out and you can see why Americans have reached their tipping point and they are saying they cannot put up with Middle Eastern politics or needs any longer, and in all reality can you blame the fed up Americans? How can any Iraqi think about vacation when American soldiers are away from their families sacrificing blood and tears for the Iraqi government, what a disgusting slap in the face this latest Iraqi SNAFU is and couple that with the outrageous way the Middle East colludes to screw America on oil and you can see why most Americans want us out of iraq and the Middle East altogether. Right or wrong the opinion is growing and Iraqi officials are not doing anything to really help out their own situation and their decision to take a month long vacation is the straw that may break the Iraqi camels back.

How could any semi intelligent or caring Iraqi politician even consider a weekend off let alone a month off when so many American troops are risking their lives day and night for the fledgling Iraqi government? This is so absurd it is borderline disgusting. Imagine how many American soldiers will be injured and killed while the government they are in Iraq to protect is living it up in resort areas in Egypt, Syria, and Africa. Tell an American soldier with a blown off arm or leg that these lazy azz no good politicians needed a vacation, say it to their face, lets see who has the guts for that.

This whole fiasco makes me consider the position of just pulling out of Iraq a little more than I did yesterday and much moiré than I did last month. How can any rational individual say we as Americans need to sacrifice for lazy azz politicians who take off four weeks for vacation while the American soldiers stand around being targets while nothing gets done? I say if the politicians go on vacation then so should our soldiers. Whats good for the goose is good for the gander.

It’s time we bring our troops home and let these racist idiotic bastards who try to kill everyone and each other all day have at it. If Iraq turns into a terrorist training school then at least we will know who the true enemy is. Right now we have no idea who the enemy is and we are not getting any closer. However, if we let Iraq settle then the enemy will join together and partner up and then he will be obvious and in the open, he will be recognizable for a change. Once he is recognized we can destroy him and move the world back to a peaceful intelligent place and away from racism and terrorism so dominant in the modern Middle East.
