Virginia Tech suffered a terrible tragedy and America has once again suffered a terrible loss. What is becoming of our once proud country? We are despised throughout the world, we have American companies selling out their loyal American workers, we have a failing domestic business policy, we have state and federal programs going broke, and we have a growing federal debt. Consider all of this and what does Washington tell us? They tell us about schools in Afghanistan, new stores in Iraq, growing farms in Africa, new market places in Asia. American tragedies like Virginia Tech occur because America does not have the resources to take care of its needful citizens. We have children with no after school programs, adults with no federal aid programs, and states with reducing police forces. We are fighting the war on terror but we are losing the battle for life for everyday common Americans.
How much more can America take? We are constantly under fear of losing our jobs to outsourcing. We are constantly under fear of terrorism. We are constantly under fear of rising crime. We are constantly under fear for our children’s future. With all of this stress and fear it is no wonder we have tragedies like the ones we have recently seen. Make no mistake about it, as America tries to save the world she is losing her grace. In much the same way Alexander lost his empire because it outgrew its resources, so is America spreading itself too thin. Its time America takes care of her own before a total collapse occurs.
Consider the report about global warming affecting Americas’ national security. The more the world develops the more the world pollutes. The more the world pollutes the more the world will globally warm. As the globe warms we will experience droughts and devastations. As the devastations grow it will cause global instability which will then become Americas’ problem.
The cure for all of these ailments? Invest in America and quit trying to domesticate and propagate the rest of the world. Make products in America, buy products in America, keep America strong.
