America is losing jobs left and right and all they say is they can do nothing about it, maybe they just don’t take it seriously enough yet. I guess we are living in a country where we as Americans are taking our most prestigious competitive show and turning it into a laughing stock for our own amusement. How can any intelligent individual explain how Sanjaya Malakar is still on American Idol? I guess the same way they can explain their lack of concern for the real job losses going on in the domestic United States. Many Americans are unaware that their state governments are facing deficit crisis so bad that within a month some may have to actually shut down Big Government, maybe I have your attention now. It’s time you take concern for issues like tax breaks, outsourcing, and federal deficits, because if you do not you will be soon living under the rule of the same idiots who vote Sanjaya Malakar another week further into American Idol.
President Bush has ranted and raved about energy policies the last week, it’s now time for him to put his money where his mouth is. We need to make sure President Bush saves some of the American taxpayers dollars from the overseas waste and reinvest it back here in the United States on new projects such as Ethanol factories and new and improved oil refineries.
It’s time we quit just throwing our arms up in disgust, or give up saying what can be done. It’s time we step up to the plate and take some responsibility. If we let the idiots run the country then we will have to live by idiotic rules. However, if we help out our politicians by providing them guidance then we can control our destiny as a country.
It’s time we wake up and take care of business. Let’s not let the Sanjaya Malakar and the idiots who vote for him control simple policy let alone our countrys’ policies. Step up and become active. Make a change for the better.
[Our] “most prestigious competitive show”? I can’t take that serious. It is just entertainment, nothing else. As for Sanjaya, he’s certainly not a singer or performer…his best “performance” to date was his audition. Poor Sanjaya is nothing more than a fleeting play toy for the American public to play with…sort of a puppy’s chew toy…he’ll soon fall from favor and won’t be able to stand on his talent.
