A couple Billion to Afghanistan, a hundred Billion to Iraq, a few Billion to Africa, a few more Billion to India, a couple Billion to Sri Lanka, and what is left for New Orleans of the wonderful United States of America? Bolo, that’s right Bolo, nothing but empty promises. The sad pathetic thing about modern times in American Government is that we as Americans pay taxes into a system that gives freely to foreign countries over the very same needful Americans who pay these actual taxes. I bet Middle Easterners do not give over their own, neither do Europeans or Asians. Why does American leadership give so freely to others and not their own? It’s almost like a self loathing type issue. What type of family caretaker would starve their own while feeding strangers? Is the media right and American image abroad is so battered by failed American politics that we have to buy any friends or acquaintances we have? Are things really that bad?
Hurricane Katrina devastated the United States and yet all we ever hear about is Iraq and Afghanistan. Millions of American lives are still in disarray because our own Government has not stabilized the situation in Louisiana. How can any politician justify taking care of another country over their own? It’s ridiculous, actually bordering on traitorousness. There is no reason a taxpaying American should wait for aid or subsidy while citizens of a foreign country benefit from American taxpayers dollars. Why was the Tsunami in Asia so vital to American leadership and the tragedy in New Orleans and Louisiana so forgettable? Have our American politicians become sellouts to foreign dignitaries and foreign lobbyists? Has American leadership lost its bearings?
Not only is the case for domestic aid an issue with our current Government, we must also consider how they let unfair trade practices devastate American livelihoods. Like whores our politicians run to the Chinese and Japanese embassies begging for a few dollars more of investment capital. This whore to John relationship has allowed China the political influence it needs to dump its cheap slave labor imports on American soil. American politicians are stuck in a catch twenty two because of their inappropriate relationships with China, and Japan, and even now India because of their whoring attitude and their pandering to foreign Government for investment capital.
Maybe with your next vote you should only consider politicians who will create real American jobs that will secure a real American future that will show responsibility to real American needs.
