Quit Dishing It Out If You Can’t Take It, Punk…….

Iran and Syria have vowed their support for Hezbollah in Lebanon while at the same time verbally assaulting Israel for their military actions inside Lebanon. Do you feel Israel is justified in its actions or have hey crossed a line? Most say that the kidnappings from both the Palestinians and the Hezbollah groups as well as the rockets being fired into Israel are more than reason enough to justify Israels’ response. However, many Arab nations feel Israel has overstepped a boundary and that they need to be condemned for their retaliation. Is Israel addressing the Muslim terrorists with the proper force or are they over-killing the situation? This is a vital question that needs to be addressed and boundaries set. Can Muslim nations keep committing human atrocities in the name of Allah or should they be held accountable just like any other group of individuals?

Arabs around the world condemn Israel but they forget that Israel is merely retaliating for attacks on its land and people, Israel did not purposely go into Palestine and Lebanon they were drawn there, and they were drawn there for a reason. I understand the plight of some of the Arabs affected by the military actions but these are the same individuals who applaud when innocent Israelis are murdered by suicide bombers in Israel, they say that innocent Jews are killed because of their governments’ actions and that makes them legitimate targets. If they can reason this way then they should not complain when they get targeted for their own countries actions, you can’t have our terrorist cake and eat it too.

Arab countries throughout the world turn a deaf ear to complaints about their suicide bombers but when it comes to them being the target they sing a different song, they act in an almost punk nature. I think they need to listen to themselves next time they cheer a suicide bomber and remember that reciprocity is a painful reminder of inhumane actions.

Sorry Charlie, if you want to punch a guy I nthe nose then don’t cry when he punches back.

  1. I think Israel’s hand was forced in this situation, but in more than one way. Unfortunately Ohmert doesn’t have the military experience of previous Israeli leaders, so with the double crisis that occurred he had very few options. He decided to act in a strong manner, it would have been a political liability not to. Israeli’s are not the only victims here. The general Lebanese population that doesn’t support Hezbollah(haven’t they suffered enough with years of civil war, and finally when that country was getting back on its feet!), and of course the Palestineans, whose cause is once again undermined, this time by Hezbollah’s actions. They didn’t help themselves though by kidnapping an Israeli soldier.
