Where Is The Logic In Arab Israeli Conflict?

Iran has said that if Israel halts its attacks and releases its prisoners that Lebanon will consider releasing their prisoners and then halting their rocket barrage of Israel. Am I missing something here, the soldiers being held by Hezbollah are hostages, kidnapped victims, they should not be referred to as prisoners, prisoners are the criminals being held in Israeli jails who tried to kill and maim innocent Israelis. Secondly, the missile barrage was started by Lebanon not Israel, Israel retaliated only. Lebanon, Syria, and Iran are complaining about the fierceness of the response but to this I say, “if you don’t want to get punched in the face then don’t start the fight.” If Hezbollah could overrun Israel they would, Israel is merely protecting her own and to say otherwise is a partisan side of the argument which displays racism more than common sense and intelligence.

Israeli warplanes pulverized a Lebanese army barracks for a second straight day Tuesday, killing at least nine soldiers, Lebanese army sources said. The barracks is considered to be a staging ground for terrorists and Israel has decided to marginalize its use. Hezbollah has resorted to the cowardly tactic of hiding its operations in civilian vehicles and neighborhoods, thus putting innocent civilians at risk. However, Hezbollah considers these individuals as expendable in the overall scheme of things, they provide good cover and their deaths are actually used for propaganda purposes. This armed resistance is racism at its finest, similar to that of Nazism in Germany. Israel targeted trucks moving supposed military equipment as well as striking several other targets. Hezbollah responded by firing multiple rockets at the northern Israeli city of Haifa.

Msulim radicals call for an end of Israeli attacks yet they say nothing in condemnation of the Hezbollah attacks, or the Palestinian kidnapping. How long can Israel fall under attack as well as see her children be kidnapped and not stand up and say to the world that if it will not call a spade a spade then it will do what it needs to protect her family?

Lebanon’s government has demanded a cease-fire, but Israel insists it will keep up the attacks until the soldiers are freed.

Prime Minister Ehud Olmert told the Israel’s parliament on Monday,” We dream of peace…We do not seek war or a head-on confrontation. But, if necessary, we shall not flinch from them.”

The loss of life on both sides is a travesty but we must not lose sight of the simple rights and wrongs that were committed that brought this conflict to the point of war, many say the radical Muslims in the region want a war because they have a deep hated racist loathing for the Jews much like the Nazi’s did in eastern Europe. Muslims deflect the moniker of racist because they feel it’s bad for business with western nations but underneath their turban appears to lie a deep rooted hatred that keeps them from condemning such terrible crimes against humanity perpetrated by Muslim extremists.
