NBA Elitist Tells Police ‘You Can’t Touch This’

In a day and time where Americans are clinging to their livelihood and fighting to preserve their way of life we have a potential issue that displays that for the poor and middle class life is tough but for the well to do it’s still life as usual. Case in point, it has been reported that an NBA superstar was going to be arrested in Miami and the superstar reportedly refused to go into police custody. Reportedly the superstar told police, “You can’t arrest me, Im an NBA baskeball player.” Should justice be blind to the priveleged? Should the Enron type just walk?

We have seen it before, Micahel Jackson, O.J. Simpson, even Robert Blake, they all supposedly got the star treatment, is this fair? What does this say about society? Is justice blind or is it only for the ones who can’t afford to avoid it?
