Government Says Screw Security And Immigration, Lets Find Hoffa

We don’t have enough federal agents to secure our borders or round up illegal aliens but we have 30 or 40 to spare to go digging for a man who has reportedly been dead for around 40 years? What is going on with the Government these days? Who is actually running the Government? Why are they running around digging up backyards when they have more important things to worry about? Is Jimmy Hoffa a threat to national security? Is he undercutting American life by job-sourcing skeletons to big business? What is the infatuation with finding this man and why are we wasting Government resources doing it?

I have met Hoffa’s kid, I have met the Giacalone family, neither seemed to concerned with the Hoffa issue, both have moved on in their own way and I think America should as well. Why does the Government persist on finding Hoffa, is there some disgustingly morbid bet we don’t know about that is being played out by high level federal officials? Do they have some death pool no one discusses that has propositions on where he will be found? What is the issue, we need to move on and make better decisions with our use of federal officials. We need to leave the Hoffa family to deal with their great loss and we need to leave the Giacalone family to deal with the mark their family name carries with it, either justifiably or not.

Recently, FBI agents and local police spent hours searching a Michigan horse farm for the remains of the former Teamsters leader Jimmy Hoffa. Reportedly the search was undertaken after an official received a tip about Hoffas’ disappearance, the agency said.

The search for Hoffa was conducted in Milford Township, just 30 miles west of Detroit, which is considered a hotbed of illegal immigration and illegal immigrant employment. Wouldn’t these federal officials do more good for America if they were utilized about 30 miles south to a location where they could actually carry out some real law enforcement work? It’s not the officers involved who made the mistake it’s the bureaucrats who sent them there who are making the mistakes. We wonder why the borders are soo pouros, here is your finest example.

A federal law enforcement official speaking on condition of anonymity said the search is for Hoffa’s body. What a waste of time and resources, and we wonder how illegal immigration got so bad. I guess we do not have to wonder any longer.
