Iran Is True Threat To World Peace
How much longer can the world tolerate the Iranian leader making comments that it (Iran) wants to destroy Israel and wipe them off of the face of the earth? Bush may have cried wolf in regards to the WMD’s in Iraq but he is not mistaken about the Iranian President and his intentions.
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad speaks often in Iran about his dislike for Israel and how much he looks forward to their destruction. However, he has dislike also for those in India and other surrounding countries who do not follow hard line Islamic rule as a way to govern their country. Once Iran deals a fatal blow to Israel you can be sure it will turn its sights on India. Iran has also stated its hatred for the leadership in Pakistan because it feels that Pakistan has sold out and aligned itself with Western countries and is betraying their responsibility to attack India and enforce Islamic rule throughout the territory they maintain. Pakistan is trying to become a democracy but Iran wants it to maintain its status as a fundamentalist Islamic country. Democracy takes power from religion and hard line fundamental Muslims do not want this to occur.
President Bush understands the logic behind Irans’ moves and he is right to address them as the threat to world peace that they are. Russia, and China, can bow down to Iran thinking they will not get their hands dirty while associating with Iran for cheaper oil. However, one day Iran will set its fundamentalist attitude towards their countries and they will be in a perilous battle because of their relationship with Iran.
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has been shooting from the hip once again, like he does about every two to three months. This time he is regurgitating his rhetoric of disputing that the holocaust ever occurred, he is also speaking about his dislike for Western civilization as well as his hatred for Israel. How the world cannot see the true threat this man is, is beyond me. However, in this instance, the President who cried wolf (WMD’s) is correct. We need to support him and make sure the world understands the true danger Iran poses to the world at this time.
