Hamas States That Israel And Its Actions Are Like A Declaration Of War
Hamas has advised that Israels manipulation of negotiations between the Palestinian Hamas government and Israels’ government is putting both countries on the brink of war. Hamas has advised that Israels policy toward Palestine is akin to a declaration of war and many in the Middle East are ready to jump on the emotional bandwagon.
Israel and Palestine appeared close to finally ending their differences recently when a Hamas official broke with policy and stated that he could see the two countries exosting side by side. However, hard liners in the party have refusedto joon in and with the escalation of violence recently the sides are once again looking more like combatants than neighbors. Israel will not negotiate with Hamas until Hamas recognizes their right to exist, I don’t think there is any wavering on this issue.
Hamas needs to announce they reject violence and accept Israels right to exist, without this public declaration we may never see peace and for many Palestinians, as well as Israeli’s, that is a sad fact.
