Deadly H5N1 Bird Flu Continues To Spread, When Will We See The Deadly Mutation?
Like it or not, the Bird Flu is spreading and we are still helpless to defend against it. As America spends billions in aid around the world, it has done little to prepare for the potential of a deadly pandemic that could result from the H5N1 Bird Flu. Germany is now the latest country to have the deadly virus within their society, the question now becomes, “How long before the feared mutation rears its ugly head?”
Reports have been steadily streaming in to the CDC that shows that the spread of the deadly H5N1 Bird Flu virus is spreading throughout Central Asia and now into parts of Africa and Europe.
Many individuals still believe the Bird Flu is nothing more than hype and hyperbole. However, scientists, and doctors, say that the virus has a great potential to mutate and if it mutates with the human flu it could be the most devastating epidemic to ever face the human race.
With the globetrotting ways of modern society it will be easy for the virus to devastate the over 140 million professionals estimate will be affected. The only plans most modern governments have is to contain infected areas by military quarantines. However, how long would military volunteers, and state national guardsmen hold in their own brothers, sisters, mothers, and fathers, in these quarantined areas? We need a better plan and we need it soon.
