Clinton - Kerry : Who’s On Top In 08 Presidential Campaign

Senator Kerry has raised millions of dollars for Democratic politicians; he also tirelessly works rallying Democrats to causes. Kerry is still very much in the Medias attention, he can easily be found arguing policy or scolding President Bush.

When asked about the 08 elections Senator Kerry simply states it is way too early to discuss the 2008 Presidential race. However, there is a growing population that believes the Senator is positioning himself for another run at the White House.

Senator Kerry has stretched out his ability to reach voters; he now employs many multimedia tools to get his message to voters. There are numerous campaign e-mail supporter lists, TV and newspaper ads, and Websites, promoting issues Senator Kerry is working on. Many feel he is utilizing these tools as a way to better position himself for a more mass multimedia campaign in 08.

Only one has done what many feel Kerry will attempt. Richard Nixon won the Republican nomination in 1960, but lost the general election. Eight years later Nixon captured the presidency.

Senator Hillary Clinton has the lead in early polls asking about the Democratic nomination. Hillary also has the cherished ability to raise large sums of money for Democratic causes. These two issues make Hillary a very practical candidate in 2008. Many feel that the emotions and dedication of President Bill Clintons’ supporters will rally to the campaign call of Hillary.

So if these two were to form a ticket who would you want on top? Would it make a difference? Do you feel these two could work together on numerous domestic issues or are their viewpoints to widely separate. I also wonder how conservatives really feel about this possibility.
