		<description>I understand there are difficulties and lengthy procedures to get warrants to perform special surveillance (which wastes time in time-sensitive situations) and this is most likely the argument the Bush Administration will use (although we have yet to hear an official comment from the White House).

I understand Bush is the President, but what he did is authorize government agencies to violate a specific criminal prohibition and eavesdrop on Americans. I hope this serious consequences come from this...
