The money was deposited in three banks in Switzerland, Jordan and Luxembourg. Andaleeb Sehgal, a businessman friend and distant relation of Natwar’s son Jagat, operated these accounts and appears to be the mastermind behind the racket, the Enforcement Directorate said in a “confidential” interim report to the government.
