US Keeps Control of the Internet

Well after a long struggle with over 100 countries, negotiators agreed late Tuesday to leave the United States in charge of the Internet addressing system.

Although, the United States is to remain in control of the Internet Adressing system, under the terms of the compromise a new group called the Internet Governance Forum is to begin operating next year.
